We have a three-step formula for getting our sellers the maximum price for their homes. As we're sure you know, the first time a buyer sees your home will be on the internet. And, if they don't like what they see, they will move on. Which means your home has to shine! Once you agree to work with us, we bring in our stager who will analyze your home, create a profile for your buyer and then make suggestions on how to make your home appeal to the widest group of buyers possible. Once your home is staged, we bring in a top-notch photographer. No cell phone pictures for our clients! Finally, we do an in-depth market analysis of the competition and the comparable sales so we can price your home competitively.
Buying A Home
No matter the economic environment, buying a home in Southern California is not for the fainthearted. With a shortage of homes, inventory is and has been for the past several years at historically low levels. With many people refinancing their homes to record low mortgage rates, there is less incentive to sell and the result, even in a time of higher interest rates, is that sellers are still getting multiple offers on their properties. We know how to communicate with listing agents and write offers that are routinely accepted.
